By accessing or playing games on Sportified (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our games and website immediately.
01.Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sportified. We provide free-to-play arcade sports games, quizzes, and educational football content accessible through web browsers on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
02.License & Permitted Use
Sportified grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play our games solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You agree that you will NOT:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any game code or canvas scripts.
- Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or memory modifiers to artificially inflate scores.
- Exploit technical glitches, collision bugs, or timing vulnerabilities for unfair leaderboard gains.
- Rebrand, frame, mirror, or sell access to the Sportified platform without explicit written consent.
03.Virtual Rewards, Coins & XP
Throughout gameplay in Penalty Shootout and Football Quiz, players can accumulate virtual experience points (XP), reward coins, and achievement badges.
⚠️ Disclaimer Regarding Virtual Goods:
All virtual currencies, coins, XP, and badges are purely for entertainment and progress tracking within the game. They hold NO real-world currency value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, cryptocurrencies, or tangible goods, and cannot be transferred or sold to other users.
04.Intellectual Property & Fair Use
The Sportified software, graphic design system, user interface tokens, animations, audio synthesizers, and original quiz questions are the intellectual property of Sportified.
Tournament names, country football team profiles, trophies, and historical player statistics (such as FIFA World Cup, UEFA Champions League, and national team stats) are referenced purely for descriptive, journalistic, and educational purposes under fair use doctrine. Sportified is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, UEFA, CONMEBOL, or any professional football federation.
05.Shared Challenges & Score URLs
Players may generate and share match score links with friends. Sportified reserves the right to rate-limit or revoke challenge tokens that are manipulated, spammed, or used to harass individuals across third-party social networks.
06.Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SPORTIFIED PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL ALWAYS BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF TEMPORARY LATENCY.
07.Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SPORTIFIED OR ITS CREATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE PLATFORM.
08.Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When updates occur, the “Last Revised” date at the top of this document will be amended. Continued usage of Sportified after revisions constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
